Brian follows the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and has participated in retreats in Plum Village where he learned about practical everyday mindfulness. He aims to follow in the footsteps of his teachers in sharing the life-changing power of mindfulness in its very simplicity. This will involve education on mindfulness alongside practical tools that you can use each day to feel more connected and present whatever may be happening in your life.
